Rental Decor

Wedding decor is very beautiful, but can often be expensive and not reusable in your daily life. Once the wedding is over it can be a major hassle to try to store or resell it for a fraction of what you bought it for. We developed our rental program, exclusive to WDBT Coordination Plus and above services, to fill the gap between what you want to bring/keep and what you only need for the day.

All eligible couples receive a detailed rental brochure upon booking that includes all of our rentals with pictures, item descriptions, dimensions, add-ons and pricing with their welcome package. All of our prices include setup and breakdown, so there are no hidden fees or strings attached!

Outdoor Wedding Altar

A La Carte Planning

An add-on service designed to give you targeted assistance from a wedding professional on an individual vendor. Most popular for day-of couples that need help with one or two of their key vendors, such as catering or florals. This service can be added at any point up to your venue walkthrough!

Split Venue 

An add-on for couples that are getting married at an offsite location from their reception that would still like their lead planner at the ceremony. This allows for an additional assistant at the reception site to help with decor setup, vendor check-in, and final pre-event preparations.
